I set up and led WWF‑UK’s first formal Youth Ambassador Programme, creating a national platform that empowered 13–17‑year‑old volunteers to shape strategy, influence campaigns and deliver work for one of the biggest charities in the country. This programme established a new model of youth leadership inside WWF‑UK, ensuring young people had a direct voice in how the organisation engages, communicates and drives environmental action.

Created new pathways for youth influence, with ambassadors shaping content, advising on youth priorities, contributing to national campaigns and representing WWF at events.
Built a sustainable engagement model, including recruitment, training, safeguarding and creative frameworks that continue to support youth leadership across the charity.
The Youth Ambassador Programme became a defining example of how young people can meaningfully shape the work of a major charity.
